| General conditions of sale and supply Our equipment is supplied to our customers on the following conditions: Orders By making an order the customer declares to accept our conditions of sale. Supply Ex works. The works reserves rights on the terms of supply. Delays in consignments do not guarantee any reimbursement. Consignment Transportation is at the customer's expense. If the goods are transported directly by the customer, the customer assumes all responsibility for any damage caused by or during transportation. Complaints Complaints must be made within eight days of receival of goods. Prices See enclosed price lists. All prices are indicative and non binding and are understood to be ex works, not inclusive of VAT and transportation costs. Guarantee The guarantee is valid for 2 years for parts with manufacturing faults. Parts subject to wear are not covered by the guarantee, such as bearings, cardan shafts and other trade parts. Modifications made to the machines by customers make the guarantee void. Irregular maintenance on the machines makes the guarantee on the free replacement of parts void. Faulty parts will only be replaced free of charge after the parts have been checked by the company Hans Stockmann. For this reason, in case of a request for a replacement, the parts must be shipped to our works. All the data in our brochures is not binding. We reserve the right to make modifications whenever these are advantageous. Replacement If goods are replaced or returned, 15% of the purchase price will be charged for processing and storage costs.
